Account holders that receive invoices for their hosting service must send a cancellation request that must be sent in writing by the 25th of any given month, to prevent your account from being billed for the following month, or billing period. You can submit your account cancellation request to our help desk. Account holders that pay by subscription (automatic debit from your credit card account) have the ability to cancel their web hosting account subscription at any time by logging onto their PayPal account and cancelling their MateMedia web hosting subscription.
